Poke Bar
Poke Bar catering is also available. We provide you with bowls, utensils, rice and/or salad greens, poke, sides, dressings, sauces & toppings. You choose the varieties and we customize the bar items and offer you a price estimate. Final pricing will reflect the current seafood market pricing at the time of the event. You provide the cold display and set up the poke bar. Cold display is best in a "kiddie" pool or 2-3 person air filled raft filled with ice.
